This sculpture is a vapo cast in cast iron. Shapes were created using the Aspire program and cut from solid pink insulation foam. After being glued to each other, it was packed into a resin sand mold, in 6 sections that were packed one on top of the other.

This piece was intended to be completely abstract without real meaning. However, it ended up becoming an abstract representation of my grief of my mother who passed in 2012.

This sculpture was featured in GJ Creates’ “Art on the Corner” program in their 2024/2025 exhibtion.
