This sculpture is hand sculpted from wax and cast using the lost wax and ceramic shell method. I started this sculpture as a joke about being a “grubby studio rat” and didn’t think I would become very attached to it. I had issues during casting with limbs not casting and extensive welding, but it is undoubtedly my favorite.
